Returns & Replacements

Upon receiving your order, please confirm the contents of the package are entirely accurate before using the product.
Please contact us via email to report any lost, broken or missing items.

Should you need to return an unused purchase, please email sales@honeyrock.com.au to make arrangements.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic shipping:

All orders ship for a flat rate of $7.95 . 

International shipping:

Unfortunately we are not currently set up to auto-ship internationally. However we are happy to supply you with a  shipping quote where possible. Email us for more information.

Order status:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking and confirmation information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking code and link to be activated.

When will my order ship, and when can I expect to receive it?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We do not ship or process orders on weekends or major holidays. All parcels are sent from Gold Coast Queensland,and ship via Australia Post, which generally takes 2-4 business days to deliver.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

We are unable to make any modifications to an order after it has been processed. .
